About the Role
We are looking for independently licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling services in a flexible and supportive private practice setting. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling (in-person and/or telehealth).

  • Create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Active independent license in Ohio: LPCC, LISW, or IMFT.

  • Dependent license welcome! Clinical supervision not provided.

  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.

  • Comfortable with technology for telehealth and recordkeeping.

  • Specialization or interest in trauma, anxiety, or relationships is a plus.
