About the Role
We are looking for independently licensed mental health professionals to provide counseling services in a flexible and supportive private practice setting. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who value autonomy, collaboration, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of their clients
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling (in-person and/or telehealth).
Create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications
Active independent license in Ohio: LPCC, LISW, or IMFT.
Dependent license welcome! Clinical supervision not provided.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
Comfortable with technology for telehealth and recordkeeping.
Specialization or interest in trauma, anxiety, or relationships is a plus.
