Ashley Darling is the founder and director of New Day Counseling Services. She holds her Masters of Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kent State University and is licensed as a Professional Counselor in the state of Ohio. She has also been licensed as a Nurse with the state of Ohio since 2006. (Supervised by Brye Roth, LPCC-S E.2202815-SUPV)

Ashley specializes in Narcissistic Abuse, Narcissistic Trauma, and Narcissistic relationships, and she works with a client-centered approach that makes therapy a collaborative process between herself and her clients. She also works with a range of other mental health concerns, using a warm, directive, and authentic style, she creates a safe and supportive environment that encourages clients to gain insight and restore balance. She empowers clients to reach their goals and make lasting changes by building on their strengths.

Ashley believes that choosing to begin therapy requires courage, and she’s confident in her ability to help clients find a path through even the most challenging situations. By working together, she draws upon each client’s unique strengths to guide them toward optimum health and well-being.
